Get your DOT medical card done right the first time at Crosby Chiropractic & Acupuncture Centre. We have three CME chiropractors who are available 6 days a week to take care of your DOT physical needs.
We have been doing DOT physicals since 2013 and understand the importance of being proactive with you and your health conditions. After we have done your first exam, we will give you a one month heads up that you need to recertify, so you can see your physician or specialist and be ready to go on your follow up certifications with our office.

I had my D.O.T. Physical today at Crosby Chiropractic. It was the first time I have ever been to this office. What a great experience. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Brown was awesome. he was Extremely nice and professional. He not only took me right away but he did a very through and quick exam. I would not hesitate to visit him and the entire staff for other services. Great Job everyone.
Dr. Brown did a fantastic job during my physical. He is quick, thorough and completely professional. My appointment was right on time with very little waiting. I highly recommend Dr. Brown for your DOT Physical needs.

Yesterday, I was schedule for a pre-employment urine test and it was my first time in this office. I was delighted with how smooth everything went, despite the day being a bit chaotic because of the snow. I was concerned the office would not be open because of the early morning snow, but instead was met with many smiles and help all throughout the process. Everyone was so nice and helpful! In particular, Liz was especially kind, always offering a smile as she moved me through the process. While I was waiting, I looked at the information for their weight loss program and Liz helped me connect with Kim, who spent a great deal of her time explaining their program! This office definitely focuses on the customer and it was so nice to have such service extended to me, especially on a day when the snow could have been a reason for chaos instead of service. Thank you!!
Liz at the front desk was the best. I called and said was running late and was no problemo get an adjustment while your there. Plus lots of homeopathic supplies on the shelf.
I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Crosby Chiropractors. They dont only do chiropractic services. Ive gone there for the past 4 years to get my D.O.T. physicals. Great people.
