- We guarantee that drivers will have minimal to no wait time, if pre-scheduled. We pride ourselves on having most drivers in and out of the office in 30-45 minutes or less, if they have scheduled their appointment in advance and completed their paperwork via phone or website.
- We guarantee that your medical card registration will be taken care of.
Our EHR auto-submits to FMCSA at midnight on the date of the driver’s exam. This is then sent from FMCSA to the respective state driver’s license agency (SDLA).
We monitor our FMCSA inbox 7 days per week for any exams that are kicked back. If there is discrepant information and the exam cannot link to a driver’s license number, DOB, or last name, then the exam is kicked back from FMCSA. We then reach out to the driver to verify the information is correct.
We are here to help with this process as we understand it’s new and turn around times can be state-specific. Please reach out if you have any questions.
