Very friendly service. I was able to make my appointment the same day and the office had all forms you needed to have my physical done. I was amazed how quickly I was in and out of there with the amount of people in the office during my visit. I highly recommend coming here to have your DOT physical done. Good price. Only $75 bucks. Best too was only had to wait 5 minutes after filling out the dot papers. Printed my certificate on the spot right after to take to the dmv. Highly recommend.

I went in for a DOT physical same day appointment . I was seen on time . Doctor took the time to answer questions. Would definitely go there again and refer family and friends.

All questions were answered completely, reasonably priced and central location with free parking.
