I have been going here for years I retired in 2020 but decided to return to work I’m type1 diabetic was concerned about the time off I showed up with proper documentation and like always the doctor was outstanding left with my one year card the most a diabetic can get very easy going
I drove from Sheboygan to Appleton to get my physical for a fed med card, when I got there the morning of my appointment, I was told I had to wear a mask. I wasn’t pleased but I needed my card so I wore the useless mask. I left went back to Sheboygan stopped at the DMV to find out that the card was not filled out correctly. Drove BACK to Appleton to get the card corrected to find a different receptionist with NO MASK!! So I guess the Covid virus can only spread in the morning?? My advice is go to a clinic where they are NOT mask Nazis! Go to a place where they can get plenty of oxygen to their brain so that paperwork can be filled out properly.
I had bad expierences elsewhere over the years. Now I have found my go to examiner.

He did the entire exam and was done in 1/2 hour. He explained everything and answered my questions. Most comfortable exam ever.
No side hussle writing scripts or recruiting for obesity group or blood draws. Just straight forward dot exam the way it used to be.
I would drive hours to have my future exams here. It was that positive of experience.

I will mention, however, that I think they should either keep their pet beta fish in a bigger, better fish tank, or simply don’t have any pet fish at all. Its cruel and inhumane to keep a living creature all alone in a 1 gallon bowl for its entire existence. They’re doctors… they should know better.
I got an appointment for my DOT physical on my return trip as needed. Very satisfied with the service and examination to receive my med card.It was also fairly priced. I will return again when up for renewal. Thanks
Called in on Monday, got an appointment for 11am on Tuesday and was out by 11:15. Fast, friendly, great price, nothing more you really want for geting your medical card.
