I love to come here to get my Dot Exam they get me right in and right out with a wallet size card and they send my paperwork to the DLD really easy will definitely come back!

On a busy Saturday morning they gave me my Dot physical on a walk-in basis just under 25 min. Enjoy doing business with them.

This place was amazing. The service was quick and thorough. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me in right away as a walk-in. I will definitely go back there in two years. I appreciate everything they did for me and they are very nice people.
I called Dr. Rosquist’s number around 11:00am on a Friday, needing to renew my medical card for my CDL, expecting to have to wait until the following week for an appointment. Dr. Rosquist answered the phone himself and offered to see me 30 minutes later during his lunch hour. He’s no-nonsense and gets to the point. (he helped me with a couple of borderline numbers).
Great guy, I’ll see him again next year!

Get in, do the exam, get out within 15 minutes.
Not only was the exam cheap in comparison to others DOT medical certification exams, but they also gave three copies of the cert as well as a wallet sized version and sends it to the DMV so you don’t have to waste time.
My other exams from different locations were not only more expensive, but didn’t offer services like this place.

Was able to make a next day appointment without issue which was a huge help. Very professional staff and doctor. Did not have to wait long to see the doc and the time to complete the DOT Physical Exam was quite minimal. Will be visiting this practice again when it’s time to renew.
Dr Rosquist was thorough and quick ajd a great price. Got my DOT Renewal done, he sent it off for me and gave me a wallet size card. If you need DOT go to him.

Dr Rosquist is the best. I called to get my husband an appointment, he said come on in which is great as we live in Central Utah. He has funny, friendly and efficient as he explained what was needed to get started and what the next steps were. He made us extra copies for our records and a laminated card for his wallet. I would recommend him to all ! He took care of all our needs we were in and out in about 40 minutes.
