This is my 3rd year getting my DOT physical with Dr. Rosquist. From setting the appointment to the actual physical the process is fast and easy going. Dr. Rosquist is very thorough and knowledgeable. This place was amazing. The service was quick and thorough. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me in right away as a walk-in. I will definitely go back there in two years. I appreciate everything they did for me and they are very nice people.
I called Dr. Rosquist’s number around 11:00am on a Friday, needing to renew my medical card for my CDL, expecting to have to wait until the following week for an appointment. Dr. Rosquist answered the phone himself and offered to see me 30 minutes later during his lunch hour. He’s no-nonsense and gets to the point. (he helped me with a couple of borderline numbers).

Not only was the exam cheap in comparison to others DOT medical certification exams, but they also gave three copies of the cert as well as a wallet sized version and sends it to the DMV so you don’t have to waste time.
My other exams from different locations were not only more expensive, but didn’t offer services like this place.

Dr Rosquist is the best. I called to get my husband an appointment, he said come on in which is great as we live in Central Utah. What a great experience,called day before to see when I could get in for DOT physical. To my surprise I was told to come in Friday at 2pm.Which was great because my current card expired on the 15th. It was a very professional exam very comprehensive and one of the most extensive and well explained. If you want it done right Dr.Ron is the one to call!!!

Awesome experience! I called around 1PM one afternoon and the Doc said if I could get there fast enough he’d squeeze me in during lunch before they got busy in the afternoon. Very professional and quick. Very reasonable price as well. As a bonus, the Doc makes you a custom, double sided, credit card sized, laminated medical card to go in your wallet. You also get a couple full sized copies to show the DMV and employers. I sincerely had a great experience.
