Dr. Hoang was very polite and professional. He answered my questions and seems like a very likable person just all around. His staff was also nice and professional. I had a little anxiety before going inside. But as soon as the Dr. started speaking with me, I felt comfortable. He seems like an “easy going” person, which I really appreciated.

First, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with our office was sub-par, since we always strive to accommodate everyone. Waiting time is sometimes a tough issue due to our patient flow and other circumstances, but we always offer to schedule our patients for another day/time if they are unable to be seen in a timely manner. As far as our charges, our customary fee is $75 for the physical, but if the patient is seen again within a 3 month period and is given another medical card then there is a $30 charge for the issuing of another medical card. If the explanation of our charges was not made clear by my staff, then I apologize. In the future, we will be sure to explain the costs more clearly to all patients. Again, I apologized that your experience was sub-par but if you give us another chance I’m certain it will be a pleasant experience.
I was reading the comments left by other patients after seeing Dr. Hoang today, and came across this person’s comment. I don’t know why this person had to return, but I’m guessing he failed the physical for what ever reason, and left a nasty comment because of that, as if it was the Dr’s fault that he failed. There is always going to be someone out there that you can never make happy. My visit to Dr. Hoang was a pleasant experience, honestly the best physical I have had to get done in my 19 years of driving a truck.
