- DOT physicals ~ $60
- Drug testing available (on Thursdays and Fridays by appointment)
Be prepared for your appointment:
- If worn please bring correctives lens (glasses or contacts).
- Bring a list of medications taken, prescribed and over the counter.
- Please bring state issued drivers license or passport.

Just got my DOT physical with Dr. Ringfield and highly recommend this office for services. I have taken my DOT exam here for the past 2 years. Dr Ringfield is very professional in doing the DOT exam. The office setting is relaxed and quiet, no stress like the the big box DOT centers. While in the office, Sonya takes care of the paperwork and other admin matters. I highly recommend Dr Ringfield for the DOT exam and I also recommend her to do your Chiropractic services.
