CDL Medical Exam Services
DOT Physical Exam ~ $100
Payment options are cash or credit card.
- You will get original copy of medical certificate and a wallet size medical card.
- We will fax a copy of the medical certificate to your employer or Oregon DMV for you.
DOT Drug Testing
We also do DOT drug testing. This is not a part of the CDL medical exam, unless your company requests at the same time.
We take care of your DOT medical card process and get it done right the first time.

Dr. Poon is a good professional Doctor with a great attitude.
His Receptionist is nice and friendly too.

The DOT physical experience was very professional. Everyone was quite friendly. I would recommend Dr. Poon as he did asked questions and listened to any concerns. Also, I called in the morning and had an appointment a few hours later.
I was able to get an appointment 3 hours after I called. There was no wait time, I was seen upon arrival. Very nice doctor and very thorough, he explained what he was going to be doing and asked it that was okay. I definitely will be returning for my next DOT physical.

This place is GREAT! Was able to get a same day appointment. DR Poon was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable during the exam. Was able to leave in less than an hour with my medical card, for $80. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing their medical card for their CDL.

Went here as I liked the reviews and I am glad I did. Hands down the best choice for a DOT Physical as the Dr is thorough, ask questions and listens. My visit was longer than other exams in the past but worth every second and I would have stayed much longer if it was needed. Even though I live a good distance from here I will be making the trip every two years for my DOT medical needs. Can not recommend this place enough.
