Manage Your Subscription Payment

There are 3 main steps to manage your subscription payment:

1. Login to the PayPal account you signed up with.
2. Edit or add new credit card information.
3. Change the payment method on your subscription.

 

Step 1: Login

Login to your PayPal account.    https://www.paypal.com/
You will need the email address and password you signed up with.
If you do not remember your password, go here for forgot password instructions.

 

Step 2: Edit or add new credit card information.

 

1. Mouse over the menu option Profile to see the dropdown box.
2. Move your mouse past the My Money option and click on – Update Card
3. Edit your credit card information
   or
   Add a Card

 

 

Step 3: Change the payment method on your subscription.

1. Mouse over the menu option Profile to see  the dropdown box.
2. Click on the My Money option.
3. You will see the My Profile page.
4. Select My Preapproved Payments.

5. You will see the My preapproved payments page.
Click on the Merchant  Emiton LLC  link, for DOTPhysicalDOCTORS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. You will see the Subscription details page. Look down near the bottom of the page…
Locate Payment method and click the Change link.

7. Then select the credit card you want to use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Forgot Password?

Click on the “forgot?” button to the right of the Password box.

Fill in the form to get your password reset.

PayPal may take you through a few security steps, but this process will allow you to set up a new password.
