We are a small-town practice that prides itself on trying to make the medical exam process as smooth as possible. We care about our drivers and their safety.
We provide all paperwork here. The only thing you need to bring is you driver’s license, lists of any medications, relevant medical documentation (e.g. CPAP report, latest lab results, EKGs, etc), and be sure to drink water before your appointment.
We take care of your DOT Medical Card process and get it done right the first time at Trenton Chiropractic.
