What Drivers Are Saying
I will not be coming back to this provider. At my annual physical, I specifically requested that they only run tests that are covered by my insurance. The person taking my blood assured me that they would only do covered tests. Today I was notified by Cigna that I owe over $100 for unnecessary/uncovered drug tests, which they used an out-of-network lab to run.
This is the kind of thing that gives people anxiety about going to the doctor.
I also visited the Patchogue office, hoping for a more streamlined experience, but found the process similar when seeing an assistant. Both offices operate with different styles, yet each consistently delivers excellent results. The Speonk office feels somewhat more “all-inclusive,” while both locations distinguish themselves by minimizing unnecessary referrals to outside specialists for routine concerns.
The quality of care I have received under Dr. Rosenfeld’s practice has been exceptional. For example, after multiple hospitals and specialists diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes, my condition was reversed within a year under the care and guidance of Dr. Rosenfeld’s staff and assistants.
Although I have only recently been seen by Dr. Rosenfeld personally and cannot yet provide a full review of his direct approach, my overall experience with his practice has been extremely positive. My key recommendation for prospective patients is simply to exercise patience with processes such as prescription approvals, walk-ins, and test results—the level of care provided is well worth the wait.
